Northwoods Brewpub and Grill is the first Microbrewery – Brewpub in West Central Wisconsin. It has brought back the fine tradition of brewing to Eau Claire. It features a seven-barrel brewing system and produces a variety of different beers and sodas: Red Cedar Red, Birchwood Pale Ale, Bumblin’ Bubbas Buzzin’ Brew, White Weasel, Rustic Root Beer, and Cattail Creme soda, just to name a few.
